Beautiful and Inspiring Fashion Images From The 1950's and 1960's

The 1950's and 1960's were decades that seemed charming, beautiful, elegant and full of fun. The fashion and the stye from this period is something I've always been inspired and intrigued by, and I love the sense of elegance in the 50's and rebellion in the 60's. I think I was born in the wrong decade.
Here I have collected some images from the times that are beautiful in every way. Fashion photography is something I've always loved and been interested by, so here are some of my favourites.

Emerging New Talent: The Models To Know Now

A models job is a challenging one, which is softened over looked and deemed to be inferior to other jobs in fashion such as designers, buyers and editors. But really the model sees and does it all. She experiences the harshest criticism, is often treated the worst and given the least credit. Modelling is made tougher by the day with instagram stars and bloggers taking some of the light away from the real deal models of the industry. Today I thought I'd show case some new faces just breaking their way into the industry who clearly have an amazing talent, and are exceptionally photographic people. Please enjoy these stunning images and don't forget to show models the respect they deserve.

New Beginnings: How To Look Forward And Stay Positive

When things come to an end a lot of emotions explode inside of us just like a firework, suddenly you're overwhelmed with all these feelings and it's hard to make sense of it. Whether it be a relationship, friendship, death, event or any part of your life, when things come to an end it can be hard to know what to do. When things end badly, you hurt inside and it can be painful, like physical pain that you can't just put a plaster on or wipe up the mess, instead you have to find other ways to comfort this pain and help the cuts heal. Sometimes you torture yourself for an explanation and grieve for something you've lost, because when things end a big space of your life just becomes empty, like a black hole has just burst in and grown to a very large size. It's hard to come to terms with and very very weird for a while, but thats okay. It's always okay to feel this pain and grieve in any form that feels natural to you, you have to let it out to move forward. Bad things happen in life and when things become toxic it's okay to take a new path and a new direction, although you may be hurting and sad. Today I wanted to talk about looking forward and making the best of a new beginning and a new chapter in your life.

So when the end of something happens, it really is okay. In fact it's good! If you know me or have read some of my other posts on here you'll know I'm a firm believer that change is a very very good thing, I love it and it makes me happy. So an ending should really be seen simply as a change. The first step is always putting a positive spin on it and looking for all the positives and squishing the negatives. A new beginning can mean whatever you want it to be: a new outfit, a new hair style, a new hobby, new priorities, new people, a new habitat or a new job. Whatever your circumstance, when you have a fresh start I encourage you to change as much as you can and want. A refresh is   a beautiful thing and can leave you feeling like a new person. Change is exciting, not scary. If we didn't change there would be no growth, and with every ending and every fresh start comes more growth because now you have this time and space where you were focussing your energy on someone else that you can now use entirely selfishly. In this period of time its okay to be super selfish and look after yourself, grow and delve into new experiences, because what makes life meaningful? Growth, experience and memories. Even the bad ones.

Priorities are another very important thing, and to me getting your priorities straight is a very important thing. So when a new chapter arises it's time to take a look at your priorities and make some adjustments. This might mean working on a different relationship such as family or friends, working on yourself, becoming passionate about a subject or hobby or work and success. Readjusting your focus and throwing yourself full throttle into something is so beneficial for your healing and recovery. Keep your mind busy and get really inspired, because if you can do that you can start afresh and succeed while doing it, and success makes everyone feel better about themselves and their life. So do whatever it is you've been dying to try, put yourself first, and just go for it 100%.

Loving yourself and working on yourself is another thing that can help when things end, I strongly believe that when you have this time and space that you were using on someone or something else you should be entirely selfish with it and look after yourself and create the person you know you can be. It's good to have the time to nurture yourself and build yourself up, I remember when I was at my absolute happiest and I was on my own, being myself and expressing myself and it makes you so much stronger and wiser. A knowledge of who you are is only gained when you spend time with yourself, I'm someone who likes my own space anyway so it's good to be able to focus on you and what you want. Push yourself, get creative, and mould yourself into your perfect self. That doesn't mean working on your body necessarily but looking good makes you feel good and a new start means a new level of motivation to push yourself to new heights and accomplish what you want, and show what an amazing person you are. However, to create your dream body you need your mental strength to be on a new level. Mental strength and weaknesses are something i've been very focussed on in the past few months and let me just say that when you start to get yourself back on track the sense of freedom is incredible, because when you feel amazing on the inside and have full trust and faith in yourself, everything becomes easier. Being comfortable on your own and with yourself is the best super power anyone can have, because you are the only person who will always be there and once you have that security you can never fail.

The last thing I wanted to talk about is support and trust, the importance of a close group of friends and a good relationship with your family is something that can never be underestimated. When you have the people around you that you can always rely on, everything is okay. These people know you and they know what's best for you, so listen to them and thank them when you get the chance. People will come and go from your life but your true friends and your family will always stand strong for you so keep them close and show them love. Nights in are just as important as nights out, and friendship is a beautiful thing. Enjoy the company of your friends and tell them how you're feeling, because letting it out allows you to leave it behind. It will be okay, and you have people who love you, always, it's okay for things to change.

So when things change and you're presented with a fresh start, leave the past behind you and jump into the next chapter with joy and optimism. It's okay to not be okay for a while and it's okay to be sad, but when you're ready the world will be ready for you too. With every change comes knew possibilities and opportunities and you never know what's coming next..

You Are Enough & Your Are Beautiful!

Today I have had a really good day mentally. Today I have felt so inspired, confident and body positive and that is so weird, because I started today pretty anxiously. Honestly, this will sound so stupid, the things that put me into this mood were the Kardashians, and an insane playlist of Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, Paramore, Rihanna etc, and running.
When we feel empowered I think we begin to wonder why we worry so much about our looks. I'm someone who thinks about my appearance constantly and it's not healthy but honestly each and every person is enough. I have realised recently that I'm never going to look like another girl, I'm not going to have a stick think figure and I'm probably not going to get obese any time soon either. I'm happy, I have some curves, I'm not fat, but I'm not skinny. When you actually look at yourself and realise what you actually look like, you realise how much your mind makes up and lies to you.
To feel confident and be empowered is a hard task, harder for some than others but anyone can get there. You just have to think, at the end of the day I am me, I don't look like a size 0 anorexic model, and that is okay. That is just as beautiful. In this society we are told that skinny is pretty. And thats it. We are told that a certain thing is beauty but that inna complete load of bullshit. Anyone and everyone can feel beautiful is you believe it yourself, you don't have to be told it by someone else to make it true, if you think you're beautiful you are beautiful, and girl you should slay it. You do you, wear what you feel comfortable in, what you want to wear, look like how you really are and don't hide yourself and try and mould yourself into something that isn't real or sustainable for you. It's okay to be you and to not be someone else. It's fantastic. Its the best thing in the world because you are just a bundle of energy walking around the planet and at the end of the day if there was no difference between anyone it would be so boring!

So if you need a little lost of confidence to get empowered go and listen to a kick ass playlist, have a party in your room, take some selfies, love your body, wear your favourite clothes and feel good. When you feel it you know it's true. You are all beautiful you just gotta start feeling it.

Finding 'You' - Style, Lifestyle and Experiments

Life is hard. Finding yourself, knowing who you are, and understanding your body and mind are all extremely hard things that are more often than not over looked. It has taken me a long time to actually get a finished draft of this post, and I still don't know if this time the words will come out right. Let's try. We have very complex minds, we are all beautiful human beings and there are so many parts of us that makes you you. We are all very different, and so I'm sure many people will be able to relate to this and some people just may not get it at all. And thats okay because we all work differently and we all experience different things at different times. Maybe in a few years, 10 years, 2 days you'll be able to relate. Maybe not ever. And that's okay too.

Finding myself is something I've always been trying to do. I felt at a very young age I'd got it all figured out. I thought I knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. Some of those things are still truer than ever, some of those things are different. Because I tried so hard to 'brand' myself, find my identity and stick to one thing I have never found the purest form of me. And honestly this has frightened me a lot. I also think this fear has lead to a good part of my stress and anxiety. I have spent so much time trying to be 'someone' that I have forgotten to just let myself be myself. I have been so concerned with fitting an 'image' that I've lost me. But recognising this is one of the most important things and if we can see this early then maybe we can train ourselves to try to bring out our true selves. My image is one of the most important things to me, my truest love is fashion, style, clothes and beauty and so how I look is a big deal to me, I want to produce a certain look or vibe and I've tried overly hard to force myself to be a certain thing all at once and not realised that actually there might be several different things that can form a whole not just one things that is truly me. I see now that my style is not just one end of the spectrum or the other, it is a mixture, it is an expression and it can change with my mood inspirations and trends. I forgot that I am actually allowed to just dress how I want too, I've been so focussed on fitting an image. I've always experimented and I love experimentation and when I was at my most experimental I was getting the most hate but was actually my happiest. This experimentation allowed me to just be me and openly try and find myself. And in a way I was just using people that inspired me to try and change a little bit of myself to be more like them. I've done this so many times with different people that I get obsessed with and try to change myself a little to live their 'perfect' life. But now, as I start to realise this I don't have a single role model, there isn't that person who I've ben obsessed by and want to be. There are characters that I admire for being true to themselves but not necessarily what I want to look like or be like. And this is the best place to be in my opinion, somewhere where you can appreciate other people and their style, work and lifestyles but try to cultivate and grow your own look and lifestyle that expresses who you really are. There is no formula to finding yourself and being you, and sometimes I think I've got it and realise that really that isn't me, but thats okay, its all in the experimentation.
Keep creating, enjoying, living and experimenting with every aspect of you style and life.

Forgiveness, Love, Trust

Forgiveness. Love. Trust. Three words that go hand in hand. For each one of these things to be true you must have the others, otherwise it just isn't true or pure. You may think I am talking about a relationship or friendship, and yes for a relationship or friendship you must have all these things, but today I wanted to talk about you. Because to forgive, love and trust yourself is the most important lesson and journey in life. Over the years, not very many years I know, I have  fallen in and out of love with myself, hated and forgiven myself, trusted and lied to myself, and now I feel I have reached a point where I can understand how important this journey is. I am now able to reflect on these emotions and understand what the important things are, and what we can all do to help ourselves. Ultimately I believe that these three things, forgiveness, love and trust, are what helps us to be happy, at peace, and able to feel our very best. I am a firm believer in mental health being just as important as physical health, and to reach your potential you have to have a healthy relationship with yourself. Because if you're spending your energy on an inner battle how are you going to invest in your future? Right now you may be at a stage in your life where you and your mind are having a raging war, you may have found your piece, you may be floating in the middle somewhere, but I think if we all put as much time and effort into simply being happy as we do with all the other things we do, we'd all be much more successful.

Forgiveness is a very important step in being happy with yourself and understanding yourself. Before you can make peace with yourself you have to forgive your past and move forward. It's important to acknowledge your past however bad or good, but it's just as important to forgive yourself for it and prepare yourself for something new. To truly move on with your life and change your mind set you have to make peace with the fact that you may have done bad things in the past but that cannot be changed. Forgiveness is the key to happiness and once you've unlocked that gate and passed through to the other side you can be free of your worry, guilt and fear. To grow and develop we need to learn from our mistakes, not think about them constantly and obsess over them, because who does that help? Certainly not your happiness. Once you have learnt to forgive, even just the little things, you can understand yourself, you can be free from self loathing and fear of your mind, because you can have an inner understanding that mistakes do happen and it isn't the end of the world.

Once you have forgiven yourself, you can begin to learn how to love yourself a little better. There is that cliched expression that says "you cannot expect anyone else to love you if you cannot love yourself." And as awful and cringe as that sounds it is in many ways true. To feel worth and gratitude you have to love yourself. Look at yourself, look at what you can do, and see how amazing that is. You don't have to look like anyone else and you cannot be anyone else but yourself. It's sad to say that it's pretty unlikely you're gonna transform into Cara Delevingne over night, and you have to forgive yourself for this. Instead learn to love you for you. Spend time with yourself, see what makes you smile, indulge, work, enjoy your company, do things that you love, be yourself in your truest form, experiment with yourself, whether that be your clothes, hair, makeup. Do something different, challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, scare yourself, comfort yourself, make memories with yourself and adventure with just your mind for company. When you and your mind become one and love each other everything else will come naturally, easily and freely. You can do what you want because even if you mess up you know you'll always have yourself to catch you. Make your own success and comfort yourself when you fail. If you create that love you'll feel a sense of power and fearlessness that will empower and energise you.

Now you've gathered the forgiveness and love for yourself, the last step is to develop the trust. To know that when you have a bad day you won't end up deteriorating into a shy ball of sadness. You have to trust yourself that you know what you're doing, that you have a plan, a path, a future, and you can power on through anything. The bad days, weeks months may come but ultimately you and your mind will come out the other side bold, brave and fearless. You have to learn to know that the love you have created for yourself will always be there. It isn't going anywhere and you have to realise this, because I feel like this is the step that drags people back down again, they forget to trust themselves and begin to question themselves. Trust you. You have the potential to do anything you want, and it's not going to be a relaxing boat ride, the boat will rock, but you'll stay safely inside. If you can master this you can master anything i'm sure.

These things don't just happen, they take years, but the journey will be worth it, this is a journey I'm trekking through myself and I believe that eventually I will reach a point of total peace, harmony, happiness and love. Do it with me, start today, right now. See how much you can do. I know you can do it

Family & Friends

I am a teenager. As a teenager I am often a pretty awful human being, I can be very moody, irritated, angry, annoyed, rude and just pretty miserable. I'm guessing you reading this is currently a teenager or was one at one stage, and I'm guessing you can relate to this, a lot. It happens to us all and the more I realise this the funnier it becomes really. All this anger, frustration and misery has to be let out eventually, and I think most of us, definitely including myself, let these confusing emotions out to our close ones. Especially close family and our very best friends. It's these people that are so close and dear to us that take a real bashing, because we know they can take it. We know they love us. We know they care enough to stay, no matter how awful we are. It is this unique bond that is something indescribable, because you'd think that eventually they would have had enough. I know I've probably been a pretty awful person to be around the last several months, but the people that matter haven't flinched for a second. How amazing is that? These people try harder to help us every day, they love us until our hearts are filled up again, until our energy has been replaced, until the negativity has been drained out and a new found positivity poured into us. These people revive us, and for me the people around me have made the difference to me being the person I am now. As a teenager you go through a lot, and I know I am still very young, naive and clueless about a lot of things, but I understand one things very well, and that's that the only thing that really matters is being happy, and the people that bring the happiness out of your soul and paint beautiful images with it. So I guess what I am trying to express in this long and confusing post is that none of us teens appreciate this unconditional love we're given from our inner circle and often don't acknowledge giving it out to people either. It is so important to keep the balance of giving and receiving in proportion, and I've come to realise that even if you're feeling absolutely rubbish for a solid week, you can't spend that whole time sulking, being negative and complaining about it, because how selfish is that? These people that we lean on in bad times, our friends and family, they all have problems of their own, everyone is dealing with something, and we all have to balance out our giving of love and receiving of love. If you manage to keep your tank of love nearly full most of the time you'll feel good, maybe not always great, and maybe sometimes you'll feel pretty miserable, but it's these people around us that make us see the light at the end of a long and dingy tunnel. At this age the tunnel seems to keep stretching, the light getting smaller, the path getting more uneven. We stumble, we fall down, we stand, we jump, we run, we crawl, these actions are jumbled, confused, frustrating. Our heads are confused, some more than others, we're trying to figure our selves out and discover ourselves. We are scared. We don't admit it but we all are really. Could you honestly tell me you're not? But it's the friends and family around us that keep us on our feet as much as possible, that lead our way through the darkness, that give us a lift up when we're struggling. These people should be treasured like the finest silk or purest gold. We take  them for granted, we don't appreciate them as we should, but we need to learn to. If we can stop, breathe, think and remember all the times these people helped us grow, taught us important lessons and listened to us at our lowest maybe we'd stop lashing out and bringing them down too. This is a weird concept, it may not sound like one, but it may be hard to put into practise. This respect for these people is a lot different to an authority figure as we don't need to be polite and friendly. And I'm not saying you should be polite and friendly all the time, not at all. The beauty of having these people is that we can expose the truest, purest forms of ourselves and still receive love and care. These people will take us as we are and help us grow, patch up scars and nurture our poor souls like a garden of roses, watering us, feeding us, protecting us from harsh weathers. We are all so stuck in our ways, our society teaches us that everything can be instant, love is earned through likes and followers, happiness is found through a flat stomach and worth is shown in our wealth, but really what makes us loved happy and worthy is our friends and family, our close relationships and the ability to know you have someone who's shoulder you can cry on but also makes your cry tears of laughter and joy. The euphoria and intense pleasure of being with these people and being happy. Simple happiness. Having your tank filled with positivity, being cuddled when you're crying and knowing that they'll stick up for you no matter what. If you haven't found these people yet reach out and find them If you have ben thinking about a group of people while reading this, remember how happy they make you, remember all the things they've done for you, remember the love they've shown to you and next time you're feeling down, angry, depressed or irritated know that they'll be there to help you through, and when the time comes for them to feel equally miserable you'll be there too. Together this inner circle forms a barrier of love that not even the world and all of it's problems can brake through. Hold on to these people. Tell them you love them. These people, your friends and your family, are what matters the most. So tell them.

Who is at which house!? The fashion Low Down!

Hey guys,
I'm so sorry I haven't posted in so long, I've been super busy but I'm gonna try and get back up with my blogging game! Today I discovered the news that there is a new creative director at YSL which I am very excited about!! So I thought I would give you a lowdown on who's designing what where when it comes to the big fashion names and even some of the smaller ones! Lets begin…

Chanel- Of course it's the legendary Mr Karl Lagerfeld, my one true holy source of inspiration, motivation and admiration. He's insane, as you will see as this list continues…

Yves Saint Laurent -  As Hedi Slimane leaves YSL it's time for a fresh ne wface, and this is a designer I absolutely adore. Anthony Vaccarello. His tough edgy clothing is amazing, i love his stuff, go check it out! He's definitely a great match for the brand.

Prada - Of course it's Miuccia Prada, duh.

Miu Miu - Also Ms Prada here, clue in the name once again.

Dior - Raf Simons has worked his brilliance at this wonderful house until now, he has now left however and rumour has it that McQueens Sarah Burton may be taking his place. Nothing is definite yet so we will have to wait and see with this one.

Fendi - Another label designed by the insane Mr Lagerfeld.

Karl Lagerfeld - Obviously designed by Karl himself, thats 3 houses. THREE HOUSES. He is one busy busy man.

McQueen - Sarah Burton remains the creative director since Lee's death, and has been doing an amazing job with the house.

Lanvin - Up until a few months ago this had been Israeli designer Alber Elbaz, but now that position has been filled by Bouchra Jarrar. Her first collection will be SS17.

Louis Vuitton - This huge house is currently headed by the incredible Nicholas Ghesquiere. This mans visionary work is modern, original, but still pulls from the house archives clearly.

Gucci - This house is now fronted by Alessandro Michele. I have mixed feelings, and honestly preferred the old Gucci designs.

Celine - This house is currently designed by the incredible Phoebe Philo. I was a huge fan when she was at Chloe and I love her at Celine jus as much.

Hugo Boss - Creative director here is Jason Wu.

Vetements - If you follow fashion you know who Vetements are. This house is fronted by Demna Gvasalia.

Balenciaga - Talking about Demna, he is also now the creative director at Balenciaga. Exciting!!!

3.1 Philip Lim - Philip Lim himself of course.

Acne - Johnny Johansson

Alberta Ferretti - Alberta Ferretti

Alexander Wang - Mr Wang

Ashish - Ashish

Dolce & Gabbana - Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana

Burberry - Christopher Bailey

Versace - Donatella Versace

Calvin klein - Francisco Costa

Hermes -Nad├Ęge Vanhee-Cybulski

Obviously there are hundreds of fashion brands, but if you'd like to know any more feel free to ask me!

20 Simple Things I Love In The World

Hello :)
Things that make you happy are very important. It's more often than not the smallest things that can give you the most happiness if yu let them. Sometimes its good to feel the happiness of the world and let the earths simple happiness humble and satisfy you. There is always happiness if you let it reach you, sometimes we create a barrier to stop it reaching us without even knowing, so now we need to break that down. Here are 20 things that I love about the world and make me happy, try embracing them and see how happy it makes you. :)

1- Waking up to a sunny morning with a clear blue sky. That is optimism in its purest form.

2- Waking up naturally without an alarm and ignoring all technology until lunch time. Stress relief and clarity.

3- Laying in the grass on a sunny day. Look at the sky, feel the sun on your face.

4- Being outside. Vitamin D and a true connection to natures beauty. Get connected and feel at one.

5- Being in a city. Feel the buzz, connect with the energy.

6- Sitting in a cafe, with a coffee, people watching. Just relax and observe the human race, it'll make you laugh and it'll give your brain a break.

7- Finding a new place. Go get lost. Explore a little. Feel refreshed, feel new, feel the adventure.

8- A long countryside walk. Breathe in the fresh air, get your body moving and look at the plants.

9- Doing absolutely nothing and not worrying about it. Lifes greatest pleasure, enjoy it and nurture it.

10- Meditating. It really does do what it says on the tin, do't knock it until you've tried it, it calms me like nothing else can.

11- Going out early and coming home late. Spending a full day out and about even if i"m just walking around. I love just to be out and about.

12 - Passionate people. I love people with a fire in their belly and a real passion for whatever it is they love. Find your passion and throw all your energy into it.

13- Loving people. Sharing love is something so important in life, a hug from someone you haven't seen in a long time, a smile, and compliment from a stranger, giving a compliment to a stranger, greeting strangers, making friends. Share the love, theres no need to be grumpy and unfriendly.

14- Reading a whole book in a day. Being able to just sit and read is such a huge luxury that we shouldn't take for granted. It's so lovely to just get completely engrossed in a good story line and not want to put the book down.

15- Painting. I am a creative person and I love painting and I wish I could do more of it than I do. Something very freeing and satisfying about slapping some paint down on a big canvas and seeing where it takes you.

16- Listening to stories. From anyone. I love hearing peoples stories, its so important to listen, you might just learn a valuable lesson.

17- Flying. That moment when you're flying down to the place your going and you can just see the beautiful earth from such a height and get a full view of your next adventure. Excitement to the full.

18- Friends. Good friends make a boring day the most exciting day. When your with a good friend you can talk about anything and always find something to laugh about…

19- Laughter!! It's always good to laugh. It even burns calories! I think everyone should laugh every day.

20- Memories. Good or bad. Being able to look back and see how far you've come in your fruitful and beautiful life is amazing. All the things we've learnt, loved, lost, gained, experienced. They make us who we are, and that's what I love the most in the world. Our own unique stories.

What are your favourite things in the world?!

Having Power Over Yourself

Hey people,
Another discussion today. I was watching a video recently and someone said something about the power things have over us and it made me think, why is this true? Why do things other than ourselves have power over us. I'm not talking figures of authority like the police, teachers, government etc, I'm talking about everyday things such as social media, food, peoples opinions and society.

Individuality: Our Love/Hate Relationship

Okay so, today I'm talking about the thing I'm probably the most passionate about in the world, and that is individuality. I was talking to someone the other day and we had a very honest and open conversation and I was asking what boys think about girls with individuality and who are a bit different, and the response made me really think. So this person said that a lot of boys don't really like girls with individuality and something quirky about them and feel threatened/ scared by it. I was shocked. I think this is absolutely awful! I'm not in any way saying that all boys think this and I know for a fact they don't but there are a lot of boys I can think of that I know who I can definitely tell think like this, and honestly I think it's so sad. In our society we encourage girls and boys to repress their individuality to fit in with social norms, people feel threatened by other people not being like everyone else. So many of others say and post about how everyone should express themselves and be themselves, but in reality how many people actually are true to themselves and don't feel pressure from girls, boys, partners and society in general. Can you honestly say that you act/dress/say what you honestly feel? And do you judge people when they are completely themselves? I have come across lots of people, girls and boys, who have disliked me simply because I do me and I honestly don't care what other people think. But what does it stem from, why do people act like this? Is it jealousy that they feel they can't be themselves? Is it the people around them telling them what is 'normal'? I feel so strongly that everyone needs to change their attitudes. Why are you repressing your creativity and personality for other people.

If everyone opened their eyes to themselves and other people and didn't criticise others for how they are, think how happy everyone would be!! I think being true to yourself is the most important thing and if you are you're so much happier I can tell you now. I used to wear what everyone else wore and fit in with everyone else, and honestly I was not happy. When I just said forget it and wore the things I wanted to, took the photos I wanted to, lived exactly how I wanted too I met (well not met but became close to) my best friends in the world and my positivity and happiness rose so so much. I got negative comments from a lot of people but honestly if your true to yourself it stops mattering to you, and if we all start being ourselves a little bit more the negativity will stop and we will all start accepting each other. Wouldn't that be amazing! We could all be happy and support each other instead. It's crazy how the majority of people judge people badly on being themselves, its appalling and it needs to stop. So before you make that harsh comment or laugh at the person with unique style, remember how they are just being themselves, and maybe instead of hating turn that energy into something better and try it yourself. And boys, unique girls are the best girls, so re-think your whole ideology, why would you want to spend time with someone who doesn't have a personality?

Today, express yourself and do something you always want to do but are afraid to because of what others may think. It's very freeing.

Spring Trends Predicted By Moi!

Hey people!
Today I am back with a new fashion post, and todays post is all about the new trends that I think will be big this spring. These are easy ways to transport your look for Spring in ways that are completely wearable and uber stylish. Also lots of these trends are 100% unisex, so guys check this out too!!

1- True Denim Jeans
The Levis 505's. If you don't know what they are go look now. This classic jean is having a come back for next season, forget stretchy denim and go back to the real sturdy stuff. Give it a try, its very flattering.

2- Lingerie made wearable
Okay this one's probably for the girls. Lingerie inspired slip dresses and vests are storming the runways, this sounds scary and there is a fine line to getting it right. If your nervous try a lacy silk camisole with some denim and a blazer. The look for Spring 16.

3- The Purest of Pure
Pure white cotton is comic back, look at Balenciaga or Dior. Wearing a plain white cotton in a top, trouser, dress, skirt or shirt is something so fresh, clean and pure that it has to look good.

4- Mad Metallics
Take inspiration from space and add some metal to your look. Beautiful pleated gun metal skirts and shiny silver shirts. I'm in.

5- Asymmetric
Use asymmetric lines to make your look more interesting, its also super flattering. An asymmetric neckline is a great new alternative to the off the shoulder look, and still shows off the new erogenous zone of the shoulders.

6- Primary
Primary colours are so bold colourful and playful, they make you happy and bright yellow is just like wearing the sun. Maybe try sticking in some yellow blue and red into your wardrobe or makeup ladies.

7- Mesh
Mesh details are so cool and just my favour thing. Mesh is so great because you can layer it, mess with it, accesprize with it and just make your look 100X more cooooool!

8- Stripes
Adding stripes into your look can lift your look especially if you're really into monochrome.

9- Cut Outs
Interesting cut outs are so in when the winter is leaving and we can actually go out without 20000 layers on. Try some new interesting shapes and mix things up.

10- Long line bomber
We all know the bomber jacket is huge, but next season I think the longer style will be the coveted cover up. They are starting to emerge in the high street now.

So here are some cool trends that I think will be cool for spring!
Thanks guys!

Today I thought I'd talk about impulse and how important it truly is.

Comparative importance of education

Hey people,
Today I thought I'd change the style of post and just talk about something that is SO important, staying healthy mentally at school and surviving the dreaded task of high school. There are probably two lessons that i actually enjoy at school, if you know me you can probably guess what they are, and its tough turning out day in day out for something that to be honest is just pretty boring. It can be fun yes, but sometimes, a dreary tuesday morning when you have boring lessons and could do with another 6 hours sleep, is not your favourite place in the world. I am not a routine person. I hate routine. It kills creativity, dims your spark and creates a boring way of life. I don't want to be a sheep. I don't want to look like the rest of the boring, tired crowd. I don't want to do exactly the same thing every week. I want to live. I don't call that living. Heres how I've re prioritised, and what I think is really important.
